PAYMENT POLICY
Mark Denman Photography accepts payments via money orders, personal check or cashiers checks via mail with immediate processing. Simply mail your order to the address below and enclose your payment and invoice. A receipt for your payment will be mailed to you via US mail or Electronic Mail. Personal checks are accepted but must clear before the order is processed, so please allow for 3-4 weeks for delivery if paying by personal check.
Returned Check policy
All returned checks will incur a $45 returned check fee. In this case your creation fee is increased to $170 to be paid immediately if you wish to reserve your date. If your check is returned for any reason you must pay your creation fee by either money order or cashiers check only.
*Payments must be made within 48 hours of your booking. This ensures your date will be held exclusively for you and we don’t have to talk money on the day of your creative session
CANCELLATION POLICY
Portrait Creative Session
Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance of your session date. All cancellations made within 48hrs forfeits your session fee.
Each client is allowed two rescheduling credits for their portrait creative sessions. Any additional request to reschedule will incur $50 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your reschedule credits.
Weddings
Wedding investment payments are paid on a schedule outlined at the time you book your wedding with Mark Denman Photography. If you cancel your wedding you are no longer obligated to pay the balance of your investment. However, as outline in your wedding agreement all monies paid prior to cancellation is forfeited.
We are an independent, professional, full service photography and we try our best to work with each client understanding that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same.
